Overlake Heating & Air Conditioning provides maintenance and repair services on all brands and models of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air purifying equipment. We’ve been providing these services since 1957; we know how to inspect, clean, and fix your equipment, and we know how to do it correctly the first time.

Annual Maintenance

Many of our customers don't realize HVAC equipment manufacturers recommend having their equipment cleaned and inspected annually to maintain peak performance and to ensure safe operation. Unfortunately neglected systems can create problems from overheating furnaces to poor ignition. Periodically having your HVAC system serviced helps prevent some problems from occurring.

While any time of year is a good time to have your equipment cleaned and inspected, Spring and Fall tend to be the most sensible. The reason is simple: these are the seasons prior to peak usage. It is good to make sure your equipment is clean and safe before the temperature outside becomes particularly demanding.

Same Day Repairs

Like most appliances, unfortunately HVAC equipment fails to work at times, needing to be repaired. The vast majority of the time we can come to your home the same day you place a call to us, diagnose the problem, and get your equipment up and running again. Our technicians are friendly and professional as well as exceptionally experienced. They are good at correctly diagnosing the problem the first time and making the appropriate repair.
